Dr. Abdul Kasem is a highly experienced oncoplastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic breast surgeon practising in Central and South London, including HCA UK facilities at London Bridge and The Shard. With dual NHS and private appointments, he brings 36+ years of expertise in breast cancer, benign breast lumps, and cosmetic breast surgery. He is known for his multidisciplinary, patient-centred approach, rapid-access breast assessment clinics, and holistic care through breast screening, reconstruction, augmentation, and reduction.

 

 Dr Kasem holds an MD from the University of Aleppo (1989), MRCS (2002), and both FRCS (Ed) and FRCS (Eng). He trained in prestigious UK centres—the Princess Royal University Hospital, Royal Marsden, King’s College and St Thomas’ Hospitals—and internationally in Milan. He is also Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at King’s College London and has contributed extensively to breast surgery research, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and involvement in clinical masterclasses and surgical workshops.
